Im an owner of the whole new setup at the moment. I bought the light, rail adapter and pressure switch for my rifle. Im VERY happy with the light. The features are nice and the light is VERY bright for being rated at 125 lumens for the color 6v model. There are current plans in the works for a 9v model of this light as well, unsure of the lumen output at this time however. The light is small and VERY light weight too, PERFECT for a rifle. My thoughts would be take it somewhere as well.. they can do a whole inespection on it then. My buddy Chris has a boat mechanic he trusts.. Ill see if I can get his info for you, then you could at least do some price checking.
