The only comment I have for that one is... Liability. All of those listed professions above have NO worries what so ever of being sued and something ever coming of it. In this profession if you lay your hands on just 1 person the wrong way youll be sued. Ive had to experience this first hand unfortunately. Surely they could have broke his arm or started kneeing him in the side or something else crazy to get him cuffed, but they were doing it the CORRECT way they were taught how to do things. The CORRECT way to avoid someone being hurt.

He was resisting arrest in my eyes.. trying to fight with anyone to get arms behind the back is resisting. They were still wrong though.

Punches in the face are completely wrong in that situation.. however.. the video says it best.. what happened in the 8 or so minutes BEFORE the punches were thrown. We'll have to wait and see how it plays out.

You can still program in tac freq. more stuff happens on tac channels then on regular channels as well. Heavy traffic for a certain event is always taken to tac to free the main channel.

I was that guy doing 60mph both days in the snowy lanes. Some guy tried to pass me last night, swerved into my lane, swerved back WAY too quickly.. spun out and ass ended rite up into the snow bank against the wall on 270. I laughed and kept driving. People are dumb as shit in this city when it comes to driving in the snow. 90% of the mofos here wouldnt make it through a single Cleveland winter at all.
