This is probably one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but my 3yr old Olde English Bulldogge needs a new family. He's VERY smart and well trained. He knows over 20 commands and is VERY loyal. I'm not asking for any money (we paid $2500 for him). All I ask is that he gets a proper home. I'd like a factory one with 2" reciever. I have the smaller 1" 3,500 version.

I have some very nice 6" Base board and Door trim. also have some waynes coating, sanded and sealed with clear laquor. Some hardwood flooring. Selling the stuff cheap! Just let me know what you need and I'll get pic's and how much I have. Not sure on prices, depends on what it is and how much your taking.

This is a VERY nice boat '86 . I'm the 3rd owner and it has always been stored indoors. Trimmed in Teak wood. Garmin GPS, Marine JVC CD player w/speakers thru out, Fish/Depth finder, sleeps 5 people, interior is very nice, Hull is perfect, 170HP inboard Merc with Alpha 1 drive set up for salt or fresh water, trim/stabilizing tabs, nice trailer with new tires. Tons of boat equipment, tubing stuff, all kinds of stuff. Has a full camper top, bimi and storage cover. This is not an average boat, it's trimmed nicely and is in excellent shape. Would sell for $5k+ during season. Storage is paid for thru March. Asking $2500 FIRM. about a 1000 miles on the kit. It's complete and in great shape. good for up to 21psi/1200hp. If you want to make 500hp, no problem, if you want to make 1000+, no problem. $2000

Do it! I have done some serious research on where to live in a warmer climate. Life is too short, make it happen, especially since you don't have a family. Now is the time to try something new. I'll be moving to Tampa in 2 weeks. I got sick of talking about it for the past 10yrs and I'm not waiting until I'm in diapers and eligible for free cheese to realize Florida is the place for me. Bottom line is mother nature has a HUGE impact on how you live your life and 300+ days of sunshine is nice. Cbus isn't a bad place to live, but all there is to do here is make money and spend money. Half the year you live in a giant freezer or a wet gloomy mud hole. My family and I love to be outside and all of my hobbies require decent weather. There is more to life then making money and sitting in the house because it's either too cold or raining outside.
