i was injured in march of 05, and still havent gotten a penny. my attorny said it could take another year. my bills were around 5-6000, and they said they ask for at least 5 times the amount for pain and suffering. but when i get it, its a evo8 race car. btw i used kevin kurgis. hope this helps.
