Whenever you can get to it. I took my crank over to fowler to get cleaned up so it might be a week or two before I get it back. What are the specs on those cams you got? You got any good springs to go with them?
Actually a ls1 cam won't work. Anyways, Tommy found a cam for me that seems about right what I need. Chris, were you able to locate a intake. I am gonna get this thing back together this week if possible.
Seriously though, I see people leave their boats outside all the time. I use to leave my old seadoo out. Just make sure all the boat is covered cause the sun will kill the paint and make it faded and dull looking.
Hmm interesting. I never though about tossing a stock ls1 cam in her. I got a few of them laying around as well. I might have to look into if they will work or not.
Just clean the heads up alil. A good roller cam and intake and carb. Add some good valve train parts to let it rev alil higher and match it up with a 23* pitch prop and see how it does.
