I just talked to Telhio a few weeks ago about a loan. They said if it was a 07+ (they go 5 years back) it would be a 3.x% loan rate. Anything after 07 would be a 5.x% rate. Depending on your credit rating though. mine is around 700 though.

When we had the hail back in 03 or what not I had to fight for 2 years to get a new roof and siding on mine. It was a HUGE clusterfuck of a mess. After it was all done my insurance on the house went from $650 a year to a nice $1300 and the WORK wasn't even done yet. It was Safeco insurance. Stay FAR away from them if you can.
