  1. I'm buying this car tomorrow right Eric? I have plans..
  2. Make your wife mow the lawn while you sit on the porch drinking a beer?
  3. I have my in-laws old Murray (date is like 1990 or some shit). Yes I have a small yard, no I don't care what other people think. It's a 12 hp 40" cut. Gator blades. Does a good job and it takes me about 1/2 hour to mow the lawn . I paid about $200 for it years ago. You could probably find some junker that works on CL for cheap.
  4. I thought myth busters or someone did an episode where they stuck a few banana peels in the car for a few days and it took away the smell? Google works wonders too.
  5. You can try Tinman on here. I'm not sure what his schedule is though.

  7. Hopefully i can keep both cars together so i can bring them. Would be odd to have my son in one car and me in the other going down the track the same time.
  8. ah yes. I did buy a linksys router from him wayyyyyy back in the day. thanks. I'll hit him up.
  9. I know there have been a few names tossed around in the years I've been here. What are some decent places to get a set of iron heads ported/checked/whatever. I've heard of M&M and somewhere else. Can anyone name some places and contacts and possibly what their experiences were and what the turn around time was? Thanks.
  10. I can check tonight when I'm in the garage tonight. I know it has the inner tie rods with it too. I dunno probably $50 or so. New/reman they're around $200.
  11. Ya know there's a little breaker button next to the on/off switch right? Mine sometimes pops every now and then when it's been running for a long time.
  12. I've had one since 06 or so. About a year later it crapped out and stopped running. Luckily my wife bought the extended warranty and I just took it back and they gave me another one. It works pretty well for what I need it for. Like said above, running a cut off wheel sucks. Sanding stuff with a die grinder isn't that bad. I also bought one of those cheap water separators and it seems to work decent enough.
  13. Most likely the rack. They're not hard to replace. I DO have a non-magnasteer rack that would probably work for that car if you want to replace it for cheap. I think they go for around $200 at the parts stores. I got it used years ago and never bothered throwing it out and it didn't work for my car that I was putting on.
  14. Sorry but that picture reminds me of.... http://memesvault.com/wp-content/uploads/Sloth-Goonies-Hey-You-Guys-07.jpg
  15. I had mine done a few years ago by Americoat I believe. I've seen a lot of signs on driveways with their name on it.
  16. I have the same issue with my cooper tires I got from Sears last year. Took it to Derek for an alignment and before I went to him had a vibration. They balanced two tires it's still there. Haven't had time to take off work to take it back to him to check the other two. Mine vibrates above 60 and only above 60. Doubt it's the wheel bearing since i've done them several times. I'm still thinking one of the wheel weights are off. You can really feel it in the pedal (not when braking) and in the steering wheel. One of these days I'll take it back to Derek and have them mess with it.
  17. and will stab you with a knife if you do give him the run around?
  18. ermagerd.. 2 inches of snow and nearly 40 degrees today.. better cancel schools! sigh.

  20. Last year when I dumped my old chrome wheels I got about $30 or so for them. Maybe less. Just need to find the cost of what aluminum is these days.
