Just announced details of the 2014 CTS engines. Base 320 HP 3.6L, optional 420 HP 430 lb-ft Twin turbo DI V6. Zero to 60 in 4.6 seconds. Hell yes. No details on the V yet. It's also making its way into the XTS, but with 410/370.

You're probably best off buying a kit somewhere. I doubt Bluetooth has enough bandwidth to transfer any good quality video in real time. Your best bet is probably finding a web cam that can transfer over BT and put it on the truck when you need it.Check out WO Webcam.

I guess my point is, ditch the idea of building an 818. If you don't want to ditch the PPHC idea altogether, then focus on prepping one of your cars (why not the 03 WRX since it's most of the way there?) or buy a platform that has a lot of parts and knowledge out there. It will make your life much, much easier and if you make it to PPHC you will have a much better time doing it. It's either that or sell a car and use the money to rent race cars for the weekend so you can get the seat time. After the number of crashes last year I think the organizers will be a lot more strict on who and how many they let compete. Amateur racers may still be able to get in under the exhibition class, like that one guy with the modded RZR.

You need to spend your time driving, not building a car. Make one of your cars a race car or start renting a ride and get involved with some racing organization. Your number one goal is tuning the nut behind the wheel.

In construction you are using raw materials to build something to spec. You cut, trim, nail, mud, sand, paint, etc. in order to take a pile of sticks and BUILD a house. (most, if not all could be considered skilled trades) For you Lego's, did you take a bunch of generic Lego's and build an airplane, or did you buy a Lego Airplane kit and follow the instructions? One of those I would consider assembly and the other I would call building. There is a fine line between building and assembling, but I would usually give someone credit for building something if it took a good bit of ingenuity to accomplish. This is one of those fine line I mentioned above. You took raw materials and built/i] a car. Then again, it's called an assembly plant because that's where all the finished components are brought together. But a lot of the jobs could be considered skilled trades and there is always some re-work that has to be done since not all parts fit together the same way. Then again, each person has a small job, which contributes to the final product; if you installed the dashboard did you build the car? That's a toughie, but I give the hat tip to skilled trades.

If you're a bitch, and you 'build' your own car, is it 'bitch made?' The BUILT term is overused. Most people are just bolting-on parts from a catalog and claim that makes them better than someone who pays a mechanic. To me, 'built' means you designed and manufactured it, or some component of the vehicle.

So, uh, since when has Lamborghini been about simple, subtle lines? I think the limited edition Lambo embodies the brand perfectly. The Ferrari fits with their current design language, and I think it's more elegant, but the name sucks. When they were released, the F40, F50, and Enzo weren't considered 'timeless, elegant designs' either, but they've turned out to be equally as jaw-dropping and very collectible.
