went to a car show saturday with a friend who has a black 1969 mustang fastback. while at the show two guys came up and beg him to sell the car to them. he refused by saying the car wasnt for sale. the two guys walked away stating they will just take it. when the show was over and he went back home to thornville and he decided to go to w.va to gamble at the casino. when he came home he found his shop wide open and his mustang gone. he was most likely followed home from the car show. it was a black 1969 mustang fastback with gold stripes, automatic and a 351 cleveland. it is not a mach1 its a rare gt as that was the last year for the gt . a warning to all who go to the shows, watch your back, someone may be following you home. the two guys were black about 5'09 to 5'11, skinny,no visiable scars,marks, or tatoos, about 20 to 22yrs of age. be careful all

there is no law requiring a law enforcement officer to have any lights on when running radar or laser at night. most officer give 10 mph over and write at 11 mph over, some will even give 14 over and write at 15mph over. except troopers they will write at 10 mph over and write their own mothers. i always gave 14 over and i also ran radar without my parking lights on. two reason i gave 14 over were 1) you and i both know you were speeding . 2) less court appearances. i only knew one person in my entire 24 yr career as a deputy that would write anyone under 10 mph and he is retired. if the orc code is 4511.21D, then he already gave you a no points violation.

well it was 1hr due to insurance purposes and that we had such a large turn out. they were also prepping the other lane. but anyway no one is twisting your arm to come. we were just impressed with everyone that showed that we thought we would offer again.

some of the deputies are renting national trails again this year and would like to open it up to a few from columbus racing. there are a limited number of openings so please e-mail me with your request. there will be no stupidty tolerated. if you can not act like a responsible adult you will be asked to leave. it will cost $25.00 to race, free to watch. we have been doing this for 10 years and they have let us run side by side. all nhra rules apply. this is on a friday which is test and tune night so we race from 12:00 to 6:00 and then we can stay for test and tune for free if you want. we usually cook out there so if you want to bring a grill food and pop you are more than welcome. there will be no cruiser there to race, just off duty deputies, police officer, and their family and friends in their personal cars. the race date is sept 8th. my e-mail is iggiedog@aol.com
