its always been that way ever since the k9's have been used by law enforcement. the supreme court has ruled that the area outside of the vehicle is not the property of any one person and if a dog can hit on a SCENT in the air then it gives the officers probable cause to search. that is why the dog is walked around a vehicle on the outside. an officer cant put the dog inside the car until it hits on the outside. dogs that are used in airports( before all the terrorist problems)to sniff luggage have no probable cause to sniff they are just sniffing the air around the luggage. the existing law was just being tested again by an atty who wants to make a name for himself.

hey matt how are ya..the bike is going in monday to be fixed very minor damage

my stupidity caused it, we were approaching an intersection and the light turned yellow, you know one of those damn if you do damn if you dont yellow lights. the bike in front of me decided to go for it and sped up, i decided to follow. i looked over to the intersection and when i looked back the bike in front me changed his mind and decided to stop. i had two choice, choice 1 hit him in the ass and make it worse and put two in the hospital. choice two do what i did go around and try to stop. hit the brake couldnt get stopped before running into east bound traffice so i dumped it.

i went riding with some friends and crashed at st rt 37 and 16. minor damage to the bike, i even rode it to the hospital. minor damage to me. road rash on the right arm from wrist to shoulder and a bruised right hip..

no, he was arrested for warrants and driving without a valid license. the car was inventoried for impound when all the other stuff was found, not because he had no front plate..

i stopped a guy on cleveland ave one time for no front tag and come to find out he had it rigged so he could pull it up into his grill with a lever from inside the car. of course i didnt find this out until after i found out he had several warrants for his arrest,was driving without a valid license,and found a pound of weed, a brick of crack cocaine, two skoal containers of powder cocaine and about 175 hits of LSD. never came across anything like that again.

THERE IS NO LAW IN THE OHIO REVISED CODE STATING A POLICE OFFICER HAS TO HAVE HIS LIGHTS ON WHEN RUNNING RADAR.JUST AS THERE IS NO LAW SAYING JOHN Q CRIMINAL HAS TO PLAY FAIR EITHER.I HAVE RAN RADAR WITHOUT LIGHTS ON BEFORE.AS LONG AS THE CRUISER IS OFF THE ROADWAY AND OUT OF THE FLOW OF NORMAL TRAFFIC THE OFFICER DOESNT NEED TO HAVE HIS LIGHTS ON AT ALL.YOU ALL HAVE A NICE DAY AND REMEMBER TO READ YOUR ORC (OHIO REVISED CODE)BEFORE MAKING STUPID ASSUMPTION AND COMMENTS.
