no, it's used to obtain Probable cause to search your car with a warrant, WRONG. per the supreme court of these great united states, the air or area around a vehicle is public domain so therefore a police dog can sniff around the car. once a dog hits on the car such as barking or scratching, the supreme court of these great united states say an officer then has a right to search the vehicle without a warrant. the officer also has the right to detain you long enough to do a driving record check, a warrant record check for any active warrants you may have, and then write you for any and all violations he may have pulled you over for. by then the police dog is on the scene. oh yea and if the officer has an arrestable offense on you, then he has the right to impound your car for safe keeping. therefore he has to do an impound inventory of the vehicle so he protects himself, the dept and towing company from the complaint of the tens of thousand of dollars they stole out of your car. so in a nut shell if an officer wants to search believe me he will find a legal way to search without a warrant or consent.

ok guys im working on the time slip situation. since im not going to waste my money buying a new set of junk bf goodrich drag radials (mine are a year old and already hard as a rock) im going to ask the track to open the time slip shack and i will run it and hand the slips out. im not going to race since i cant get the car to hook. my 60 ft times were 2.10 , 2.30, 2.40 with a best 13.22et at 108.73 mph. i dont think things went to bad seeing how we had over 60 cars, no cars caught on fire or major engine failures like in the past.

my best was 13.22 at 108.73 mph, 60ft was not so good 2.1. i would like to thank everyone that came from CR. hope you all had a good time. i kept all the names so when we do it again i will be sure to invite you. thanks again.

i forgot no shorts or sleeveless shirts some always forgets and wears shorts. they wont let you race in shorts. helmets if you are faster 100 mph trap speed.

some of the deputies are renting national trails again this year and would like to open it up to a few from columbus racing. there are a limited number of openings so please e-mail me with your request. there will be no stupidty tolerated. if you can not act like a responsible adult you will be asked to leave. it will cost $25.00 to race, free to watch. we have been doing this for 10 years and they have let us run side by side. all nhra rules apply. this is on a friday which is test and tune night so we race from 12:00 to 6:00 and then we can stay for test and tune for free if you want. we usually cook out there so if you want to bring a grill food and pop you are more than welcome. there will be no cruiser there to race, just off duty deputies, police officer, and their family and friends in their personal cars. the race date is MAY 5th. my e-mail is iggiedog@aol.com

im selling my 1993 mustang. i bought this car new in 1993 from ricart. the car has a new ford motorsport gt40 345hp crate engine with a holley system max intake and novi 1000 supercharger. the car also has a pro m 80 mm mass air sensor, bbk 75mm throttle body, 1.7 roller rockers, gt40x alum heads, fms 30lb fuel injectors, new bbk 255 lph fuel pump, bbk long tube headers, bbk off road h-pipe, magna flow exhaust. just installed a new msd box also. the tranny is a new tremec 3550 with a new centerforce dual friction clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing. clutch has less than 100 miles on it. a fms alum drive shaft and 3.55 gears. the car has no rust and has new dragonfire red paint (orig color was vibrant red) with black ghost flames. new rust free factory orig hatch. bought new chrome pony rims and bf goodrich p225/55/zr/16 tires. new carpet was installed along with new outside door handles, headlights,marker lights,turn signals, and tail lights. all new weatherstripping also. the car was tuned and chip made by brian and howard turner at dynotune motorsports. the motor alone produced 294 rwhp and with the supercharger without a tune and chip it made 401 rwhp. with the tune and chip the car is making 432.0 rwhp and 397 rwtq. i have probably left someting out, but i can say the car has been 99% restored. the problem with the car is a small tear in the drivers seat, the ashtray lid needs fixed, and the headers need new header gaskets. oh yea the radio is a new pioneer am/fm cd player with infinti speakers. the ac is still hooked up and still works. also installed new door lock acuators. all extra items that i have for the car goes with the sell, such as drag radials and rims, orig radio, orig 3.08 gears and etc. im asking $12,500 for the car. i have around $18,000.00 in the resto. the car is red with black interior. the car has 142,xxx miles, the new drivetrain has 24,xxx miles. i have pics i can e-mail and you can contact me at 774- 2660. serious inquires please. just replaced the battery NOT INTERESTED IN TRADES FOR THECAR... i bought a new crate motor from ford. it was a direct bolt in. all i had to do was put an intake on. it came as a long block. it was the gt40 345hp crate motor with gt40x turbo swirl heads. gave 2950.00 for it from ricart ford. cant rebuild an engine for that.
