    Ok....call the shit in and hope that gets it through their heads. when the dog is in another yard without a leash, that is an issue. assuming your community/city has a leash law. tazer won't be lethal, but can protect your dogs/family.

    How about you actually attempt to talk to the neighbors about it and explain your concerns. If they don't care or it continues, call the cops about it. if their dog hurts your dogs, hopefully not, then you have documentation of negligence. First move is always to talk to the people about it. calmly that is.

    Haha. It is a little pricey, but for a UM night game you would pay 4 times that. Especially since it hasn't happened and probably won't any time soon. I'm just glad that my alumni tix are for this game. night games are bad ass.
