Listen to Marc and take his advise. I personally don't know, him but he makes very good posts in regards to this. I have shopped around and Union Savings offered the best mortgages in my opinion and they have mine.
There are a couple of machine shops in the area, one of them is Radar's and the other one I can't think of the name has been around for a long time and does good work. It is owned by a older gentleman that works on stuff for friends, not for the public anymore. I haven't used either one of them and have no ties to them either.
Plow snow, and work on car projects when not attending the kids school and sport events.. This winter's line up includes completing the interior on the 69 vette and polishing the aluminum wheels on the 78 vette.

I agree in regards to automobiles, not trucks. We own a 2014 Passet diesel and it does get great mileage and now we know why.... I am upset they cheated with the EPA, but it is still a great car and may have a lower resale value in future. That doesn't matter to me, since we will drive it for many years. I will need to find a good mechanic/tuner for future work since my car will not be going to any dealership for any future warranty upgrades that could hurt the fuel economy.
I agree time for a new dd or beater, the rust wouldn't scare me, you could weld parts for the frame, but all of the little stuff would tick me off too, brake lines, gas tank. Sell the truck for the value of the engine and transmission, it runs....
All I can say, it is one quick and fast bone stock car. I got to drive my friends last night and was impressed with it. No worries, I still enjoy my old fox 5.0.
Same here, I agree mostly above. I have a robot to clean and run it every other week for cleaning. Overall, not too much work. Plan to spend $300 to open the pool if you do it yourself and plan to spend around $250 to close it. Closing the pool is the real work due to blowing the water out the lines and putting antifreeze in the lines.
Don't get me wrong, we love our pool and put it in 9 years ago when the kids were young so we could get a lot of use from it.

Mikes does great work, and that is still my first choice for any machine work. Sorry, about the fellows that had some issues, this rarely happens but does happen.
