We built our home 18 years ago, and don't regret any part of it. However, with today's surplus of houses available you,would be better ahead to buy if you can find what you want. We had Gladman Builders build our house on land we purchased(10acres). We did a construction loan with the Delaware County Bank.

I used both DJ's Tree Service and Adam's Tree service over the years and they both were very good. They are located in the Galena area but will do work anywhere in central Ohio.

I love my Dixie Chopper.... Our house was built 17years ago and I mow around 3acres. It took many years of rolling to get a somewhat smooth yard. Xmarks are good mowers too.

i have turned into a business traveler over the past year and only been doing the basics. I am a fan of the Hilton's hotels and still kinda mixed on the airlines. I fly to Chicago, Dallas, and San Fran quite a bit and realize I really don't like American Airlines and Ohare.

Clay, I had an issue at my rental property and used servicemaster and they did a good job. Our old oil furnace had an issue and got black oily smoke all over all. I worked with James Fedor at ServiceMaster, he can be reached at 800 599 9198.
