  3. I like the cc more than the Passat, but the cc has less interior room.
  4. I agree, plenty of legroom and trunk space, but i believe it will cost more than $16k used.

  6. It was nice to get out for a few minutes this morning at C&C. I couldnt stay long but it nice to catch with the CR crew.

    Matt, I love to support local businesses and a fellow CR member, so I am open and will try out your store soon. At the Detroit store, they had fresh cut fries which were better than the competition. I like my wings breaded, is this something you can mention up the corporate chain? Thanks, Rick

  12. My dd is a 2005 duramax and it is chipped and has tinted glass. My wife's 97 Volvo 850 is bone stock and still looks and run great at 185k miles.
  13. No, I just havent had much time recently to do much work on the auto hobby. My side projects have slow down due to the full time job and might work with someone if knew real well.

    Sailing

    There are several sailing clubs over here at Hoover. I am not much of a sailer, but there are quite few boats on the water when it is warm. Yep, Hoover has a 10 horse power limit on boats, so that why is a lot of sailing over here.
  16. I agree and work from your house/garage in the evenings and work up from there. After you have a customer base you could build a bigger shop/pole barn. You want to stay low key to avoid the zoning issues/etc. Once you step in the commercial arena, stuff gets expensive and can eat into your profit margin and the bigger headaches. My belief is to do this as a hobby as to supplement your income, picking and choosing your projects. If you were near my area, I have a nice pole barn with a lift.......
