  6. There are two excellent places near Westerville, Carsoni's and Giammarco's. http://www.giammarcospizza.com
  7. I bought my lifts used. I had a connection on the east coast informed me about them and then I bought all 8 of them. There are good deals out there, you just got to look and be ready to buy when the deal approaches. The lifts I purchased were 2 post Benwils and Challenger lifts. I kept one of the Challengers for myself and my brother and dad each have a Benwil. My brother also purchased a new 4 post lift and its alright. He bought it a few years ago and it was around $2000.

    Lawyers

What type of law are you specializing in?
  16. I would make up the neg equity before moving on to a bigger/more expensive place, or eat the difference. If dont want to do that, I would rent it. You are going to have a hard time selling it unless you lower the price so it is cheaper than the other houses in the neighborhood.

    New Project

My automobile projects have been moved over to on-hold for now. My wife and I bought another property(house) nearby were we live. This new property went through foreclosure and we bought it from the bank. I have a lot of work ahead of me, the existing house is 1400 square foot ranch(that was built in 1890's) and it is sitting on over 1-1/2 acres that includes a 2 car garage and 24 x 24 pole barn. The house needs a new roof and trusses and some attention. My wife and I have plans for this property but I am not going into details now. I am hoping to have this place ready by late spring, so I can resume the auto hobby.

Yes, my wife is a lawyer, but she specializes in real estate, probate, taxes and business.
  19. John, Sounds you a good plan for you, before you jump into anything, check on insurance costs , utilities and make sure your rent is affordable. My wife and I am starting new business too. I would suggest that you incorporate(c-corp?) your business to protect your family assets. My wife is an attorney if you have questions, I can provide you her contact info. I wish you the best and if you need any sandblasting done you know where to go.
  20. We had a situation on one of our work vehicles, 2005 Trailblazer 4 wheel drive. The exhaust manifold cracked(inline 5 engine) and the GM garage mechanic broke off a bolt in the head trying to remove the manifold. The GM fix was remove the whole body from the frame. What the heck?. The shop said it is easier and quicker to remove the body then the engine in a trailblazer. The whole job was completed in three days and under warranty.
  21. That car is incredible. good job IPS...
  22. Welcome aboard, do you use a rollback truck?
