I cant believe the horsepower/torque people are making nowadays. I used to think if you were in the 400 horsepower club, you were the man, but 400 horsepower is nothing on CR. It takes over 600 horsepower to be the man..

Long story short, My wife and I bought a trunble bed for my daughter for her 7th birthday. You can not believe that no-one in CLMB stocks this type of bed. We go on and order the bed and it took about 7 weeks for it to come it. Last night I was able to pick it up. While I putting it together, it seems that the metal frame for the drawer was not ordered, so I called the store and then cant tell me anything until Monday until the store can check with the manufacturer concerning.
What upsets me is the fact, I told the store exacting what I wanted, and they had to order the individual pieces to make up the whole assembly. I dont understand why this was so difficult to get right, not to mention this bed was already $800 and might cost another $100 for the metal frame. I just feel that I got rip' off. Hopefully things will work out on Monday, in the meantime I have boxes and pieces in my daughters bedroom.

I wasn't that drunk hotrodmomma024, and I remember you are 1sexybitch. And yes we are planning a Street Legal Drags night, thinking about Thursdays. And yes our first night will offer free car and driver entry and $5.00 for spectators. No trailered race cars will be allowed. Any feedback from this forum would be apreciated. I also am looking for a computer program that will give us projected 1/4 mile ET's based on your 1/8 mile times. We have some Sundays open that could be Columbusracing.com members only.

Yoke's is owned by the brother of Bill of Bills autobody in Delaware.
You cant go wrong with either Bill or Paul(Yokes).

lets see.... car probably cost 150K to build, forsale under 8k... does not sound like scam to me
When you are ready to sell this car, I have 2K ready to buy.

I would use Bill's Autobody on Reed Street. Good shop and does excellent work.

Looks like a scam...

I have been drag racing since 86. Around 94, I did a few auto-crosses up until 97. Since then I have kids(one 7 and 8) and they take a lot of time. I am trying to get back into the autocross scene. I love drag racing(street type of cars, FAST series) but there are too many cars that are faster than my BB vette and mustang, so I am looking into finese. I still work on my own cars and work on others when I find time or need more $$. I work on vettes(older) and do body work etc. I went to my first NASA race last year at Mid-Ohio and I think this might be the direction I am heading toward.

Your getting old and out of shape. I use to have back problems, my doctor told me to lose some weight and exercise. I was never really overweight, but I did lose 10-15 pounds and have been on a regular exercise program for the last 5 years and my back is fine.

I would sue, and then move.

All,
I am helping my cousin decision on some tires for his 2003 GT. We recently picked up some 17 inch stock rims for it and want to know what others are using for 17 rims(tire size 245/45/17). I am thinking about the Kumho EXSTRA ASZ for him. These tires are around $91 throught Tirerack. When it comes tire to buy, I will contact Turborust(Derrick) to see what he can do locally. I have Kumho's on the Volvo and love them. My brother has Kumho's on his 911 and it sticks like glue.
What do you guys use? I am basing this on quality(good cornering during summer driving and good for winter driving), price and tire mileage.
Thanks,

This is incredible, I am suprised it was still in Columbus. I cant believe no one saw the car in the last few years. Interesting story and at least some closure.

Zack,
You are two years late at 500, at least your car will be making more horsepower/torque than me. It doest matter, I can still lay down some posi marks with any of my cars(hell even my truck).
