  1. I'd be down for that! Wonder if Linn ever got his issues sorted out? I haven't seen him on the lake... -Marc
  2. Did you forget my number?! Email me what PNC is offering...I'd almost bet I can beat it. Mstock@usavingsbank.com -Marc
  3. How is Seneca? I have never been there but have been looking for close(ish) alternatives to Alum and Delaware. Seems like it may be a little small but plenty deep? Is it like Alum where you can boat and then find a cove to chill or like Buckeye with bars, etc? Camping available? Thanks, Marc
  4. I have to get down to Norris one of these weekends. Do you tent camp there or get a cabin? I'll be at Erie this weekend and won't be back to Cumberland until the poker run in September. You going? -Marc PS - I called you back and left a message...hit me up if you still have some questions!
  5. Nope...been using it every chance I get! Buckeye was never deep enough...neither is Indian. I go to Alum and just pay attention to what I'm doing and go to Cumberland and Erie as much as possible. -Marc
  6. I have NEVER been a fan of any Mitchells restaurant. I have no problem paying for a great meal and exceptional service and prefer Merlot's over the lot. Next would definitely be HP in Dublin, The Top, and for a very good 'cheap' steak you cannot beat JAlexanders. I have never had a bad experience at JGilberts but with JAlexanders across the street it's hard to go there. I went to M two weeks ago and the service was great, but the food was 'meh' at best. We go to SW once or twice a year when a good friend is in town from Cleveland as that is his favorite spot. The last two times we were the ONLY people there. The service was top notch, the food was good, but it was not $250 good. -Marc
  7. You bought a $100k+ vehicle. Gotta pay to play. -Marc
  8. So.much.want. How hard are these to fly for someone with literally NO experience? I'd like to have it for boating but obviously don't want to crash it into the lake... Thanks, Marc
  9. Great little write-up...I'm still in shock they actually left! Hold on to your hats...the US market is in for a VERY bumpy ride! Tons of money is going to flow into the bond market so interest rates should stay low...if not drop a little...which is great for wanting to borrow money but terrible for those trying to make money in the stock market. Buy low...as much and as often as you can. -Marc
  10. Give me a call or email and we can chat. 614-339-1206 office or mstock@usavingsbank.com Thanks! Marc
  11. FYI...the owners have not yet reached out. Thanks, Marc
  12. No, I don't overlook them, their opinion or the content of their post(s). They just are not nearly as annoying and obnoxious as you are. It seems as though you're in more threads than not and, in 99.9% of them, are stirring shit and purposely trying to pick a fight with someone. King troll level achieved! Your prize? Finding a new site to socialize on since your job and personal life obviously do not keep you occupied. I hold you to no different level of standards than I do anyone else. You're annoying...and do so on purpose. You argue just to argue which it doesn't really appear anyone else is doing to the extent that you are. And I hope to never meet you. I regularly enjoy Cup of Joe and will continue to do so...just not with you. And you were not being light, certainly not funny. You rarely are either, by the way. When we laugh at your posts it is because we are laughing AT you...not with you. And that is suuuuper cute that you think you have riled me up to the point of a vein popping out of my head. You're nothing more than a very annoying distraction from my regularly scheduled enjoyment of CR. -Marc
  13. I knew better than to take your bait and should never have expected you to actually backup your assertions. You are incredibly over opinionated and voice them (read: SHOVE them) down the throats of this boards membership every chance you get. In every post you make, as long winded and pompous as they are, you come off as a self proclaimed expert in any subject matter. I really don't remember ever seeing a member praise you or any of your posts. Yes, there are other members on here that offer very long winded responses and opinions...but they do not go into every thread trying to provoke a response by purposely posting instigative click bait. Stop doing that. No one, and I mean NO ONE, likes it. I know and like Clay very much...I have a hard time understanding why he likes you. And no, I will not take you up on your offer to have a conversation and cup of coffee in person because your online persona has completely disgusted me. I have ZERO interest in ever meeting you face to face. Fuck yourself with a very sharp and very large knife. Kthnxbye. -Marc
  14. You're joking, right? The unemployment rate is not a real statistic...it only counts those that are actively seeking employment. It does NOT count the 3mm+ ABLE workers that have simply stopped looking for a job. The real unemployment rate is much higher than the one being shoved through the media touting POTUS as doing a great job on employment woes. http://www.epi.org/publication/missing-workers/ https://www.activistfacts.com/organizations/516-economic-policy-institute/ I even sourced it through a left leaning organization -Marc
  15. Are you fucking kidding me? That may be the most highhanded comment I have seen you post yet. Somehow, YOU are the all-knowing expert of EVERY topic that you EVER enter into on this site...and I would assume in real life. How does anyone stand speaking with you in person? PLEASE provide your detailed resume that shows YOUR expertise in our political system...Not just your 'opinion'. I mean, with that statement you must have been/currently be a high ranking elected official or a chief political advisor to a very high ranking elected official to know with 100% certainty that Tim is dead wrong. Please post, with documented visual proof, your credentials. Or, and I mean this very dearly and speak for the majority of the board, :gtfo: -Marc
  16. Matt, check your emails. Thanks! Marc
  17. Yes. Also, my truck is over 20ft long...backing in is a hell of a lot easier than pulling in. Also, I don't suck at driving and back it straight in every time. Parking the truck in a parking garage downtown is always fun. -Marc
  18. Ok but the real argument here is this: That gorilla is an incredibly endangered species. Humans, especially babies, are not. Should have let the gorilla live. -Marc
  19. I do a lot of business with Schumacher and that is simply not the case? I don't know...maybe my buyers just want the best of everything... "Plenty" is a strong word. Yes, there are builders that will build in that range but in this industry, you really do tend to get what you pay for. I finance self-builds and the majority of those don't get done for under $80/sqft. I know you built a beautiful home but again, there are a lot of factors here. The cost of construction has gone up significantly since 2012...mostly in materials. MI is nowhere close to that pricing in today's market on a similar sized home. And, being perfectly honest, MI typically doesn't have the same build quality as a lot of other local builders. I'm glad you were diligent in watching your home during construction and making sure corners weren't cut...I have a lot of horror stories regarding their finished products. Thanks, Marc
  20. That is a little bit of an unfair example. Their smallest home comes in at about $99/sqft in Delaware County...whereas one of their larger homes comes in at about $76/sqft without land. These would also include the most basic of amenities...that I would wager less than 5% of buyers select. -Marc
