A true modular home is not a bad product depending on the builder. If you buy a manufactured home (such a small difference it is ridiculous), you will have some trouble getting decent financing. -Marc

I went to see him in Tampa last year but the stupid NHL playoffs made him cancel the show 3 days before! Of course they refunded the concert tickets but I was stuck with the airfare and hotel. :gay: Ended up seeing him in Cleveland a few months later and can honestly say, it was one of the most amazing concerts I have ever been to! I saw the late show on a Saturday (meaning he had played 2 shows Friday night and one before mine Saturday) and you would have never known it! He still sang every word to every song, played late, and ran around the entire stage all night. I'm going to see him again next Friday and can't wait! PS - I had no issues using the tickets I bought and printed off of StubHub when I went. I was NOT the original ticket buyer. -Marc
