  1. His car is awesome. Just like this one, http://www.alluglycars.com/data/media/2/mustang_rice.jpg I do kind of like his rims though.
  2. I have with less than 3-5k total miles on both the catback and h-pipe in like new condition left over from my old 03 cobra that I sold several years ago. The new owner made it clear that he didn't want them. I'm not looking for much. Cat back $50 or OBO H-Pipe is $75 or OBO 1 section of a bassani exhaust that fits 03 cobras. It's from this kit and i think it's the right side. It's in perfect, like new condition. Make offer. Let me know:thumbup:
  3. I'll know where to look, if that time comes.
  4. I want to sell mine, bought a large portion of it with my GF. Never plays it. Thing has been turned on maybe 10 times lol. Good luck with the sale, good deal for someone looking.
  5. That's pretty funny, lol
  6. Great phone, highly recommend it.
  7. I just picked this up for PS3 and I agree that it's pretty good. Defiantly worth picking up new. If anyone has it for PS3, feel free to add me. PNID LiquidCrew
  8. Yep, their called TSB's. They have them on every car. The only time a company makes a recall of a certain TSB is when the majority of the particular model have the issue.
  9. I live in a life style communities area and it's a great place for family and friends. It's a really nice community and my family really enjoys living their. Most of the people are very friendly and their is lots to do. Definitely worth checking out. Good luck with the sale.
  10. I agree, my gf has the BB Storm and everything is slower. The driod is a great phone.
  11. All I want to know is what he plans on parking in that thing. Crazy.
  12. +1. The PS3 controller is small and awkward. I hate it, trying other alternatives.
  13. If that's the case, it doesn't . Going to try the strap wrench idea tomorrow.
  14. The only time I was downtown(w/the vette), was when I had some rims/tires switched out at NTB. I also drove it down when my dad ran. That's about it. I really don't trust it parked in most areas and especially a valet parking. That knob does look allot like mine and I been looking online for any extra info and I'm still turning up nothing. I been also reading up installs on the B&M Ripper shifter and their doesn't seem to be any set screw. I might try and call them tomorrow and see if they have any advice. The new knob is a slight variation of the one that I have now. I got it on sale for pretty cheap. I thought it was going to be an easy swap. Look at the pics of the shifter, (not my car), http://www.2phast.com/Corvette/Untitled-318.jpg, I don't want to go about taking it apart, if it's not going to accomplish anything. Let's say it has a jam nut, how would I go about taking it off? Their are no visible ways of getting into the knob from the outside, it's just one solid piece.
  15. I really hate to hear about these things happening. Some people really suck!
  16. I checked underneath the shifter, by removing the boot and I would have to take apart the dash(easy and not hard at all), then remove the rubber boot, to see the shifter base. I didn't see any set screw, before the rubber base cover. Prob what I'll end up doing and have some strap wrenches ready. I'll go and pick some up from Harbor Freight on the cheap. Worth a shot because I am done trying to pull it by hand. Thanks for the advice, I'll post up my findings. Yes, the original owner had it painted and looks nice imop. I didn't like it at first, but it grows on you. I would like to change a few things on the interior though.
  17. They cited me for no plates on the cobra as well and tint on another vehicle I had. They are the worst and really have to much time on their hands. Well I have been down the tint road several times and it's a pretty easy ticket to fight in court. What I would do is remove the tint and have your car inspected by any police department, and obtain documentation that the tint has been removed. Take pictures and have that documentation from the police officer when you go into court. It's a non moving violation, so no points. When you go down to the pre-trial (to enter you plea), just explain that you had no idea this tint type was illegal (on the car when you bought it ect), (assuming this is your first cited offense) show them your pictures and the officer documentation that you removed the tint from you vehicle. They should knock it down to a lesser charge or throw it out. You have nothing to lose except, some of your time. By paying/mailing your ticket, you are adhering to the maximum penitently.
  18. I thought about something like that. I would like to keep it reusable, in case I ever wanted to change back/sell. Maybe I should sell the knob and shifter assembly. Then just get a new shifter. Why does it turn 1/4 to the right, then stop. Doesn't make any since if the original owner put some lock tight or something on the threads. It shouldn't move at all.
  19. I am trying to install a new shifter knob on the vett and for the life Of me, I can't figure out how to remove this knob. I looked for any pins, holes ect and their appear to be none. I have the B&M Ripper shifter installed. I have tried pulling up, turning left/right ect, and overall muscling the hell out of it. I can get it to turn about a 1/4 to the right and that's about it. Everything also seems directly connected to the shifter base and not off to the side (removable shifter bar) like the Mustang shifters. Any ideas? http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/374/201002241246send.jpg
  20. Working on odds and ends. Stuff I been putting off for a while. Looking into several options.
