  1. rocket brand and some others race e85 is made from race gas and ocane is 112 to 114. i use pump as there has been a motor make 1700whp on pump.

Lower gear=numricaly higher works lower for more acceleration Higher gear=numricaly lower works higher for more top end Yes in fact a 3.23 is a higher gear than a 3.42 higher gears are numricaly lower and work to broden mph and less down low ie higher A 3.73 is in fact a lower gear than a 3.42 ie numricaly higher and works to quicken acceleration down low at the cost of higher mph. If you can't understand common knowledge and automotive terms why are u here on a racing forum. User "Man I wana go to the race track and get me some higher gears like a 6.20 so I can go 700mph.   4. Common mistake calling cam 2 either 100 octane or 110 leded race fuel. These fuels are not race fuels. 112 114 116 carry a extra oxygen content. Ie race gas also they are not from pump fuel with added octane booster. U deff don't want to try 110 for boost. Check with demico fuels on exchange dr. Was cheaper than hamilton. Sells by the 55 gal or by gal. I believe last time I bought from him was 4.99 for 112 5.99 for 114. I'm shure its went up. Now I pay 2.90 and make more power with e85. Loves boost.

  13. Id get a innovate lm1 and auxbox recorf rpm afr egt boost and log it then make small changes. U can proably do a clamp on the hedder style if u didn't wana weld in a bung
  14. is it a holley 4150. If so it has 2 circuts. The only holley carb with 3 circuts are dominators to overcome the large butterfly. And some 1050s have 2 as well. The progresive circut ur refering to on a 4150 is in fact the idle feed restrictor. This can set cruise rpm all the way up to about 3000rpm. From there its the mains. Most if not all holleys come with the mains comming in way to early. And too large a ifr so too rich at cruise. My suggestion for accel pump is cause most blown cars go lean if u stab it untilll the powervalves open. I had a 6_71 blown 355 with 11.78:1 compresson. I know whatv blowers like his is dinky but I've tuned a few of them. Mine loved a big as shot on all 4 squirters but it only spun to 7800rpm. Proably was off on the tune some cause that was all tuned by ear and vac gauge. With a wideband I proably was a litte fat wot.
  15. He said it was at cruise speed. If its lean or rich going into boost then pv. But the main circut should not control cruise rpm fuel. That's the ifr job. If its too rich at part throttle less ifr too lean more. Your main air bleeds should be set to slow the mains t not come in on cruise conditions. And I've went 8s on a carb for a few yrs. Built a homemade e85 carb id think my opinions should help. But fuck What Do I Know.

  17. I would say raise the attachment point for the chutes or a wing for a couple 100lb downforce. 1 would hbel the down track traction issues a lot 2 if there was a cross wind and the chutes pull the rear up would make for a very sad day.
  18. What would u do as far as editing the track videos? Only show burnout and pass or just the pass. I'm trying to cut them in the future to speed upload times.

  21. Sounds like you have the wrong squirter or cam for the acel pump. And proably too rich a idle feed restrictor.
