He did, and posted a few spots up. Said the guy is looking/applying for his own place, but the bitch and the divorce destroyed his credit. Mathmatically, the fastest way to get the guy out of your house is to absolve his debt to you and stop charging him rent. He needs that money for deposits and moving costs. I doubt he wants to be living with you anymore that you do. In his shoes, I'd want to get out of there fast so that my kid will never be able to remember having to live like that.

I emplore you, please read everythign I have to say: I'm not quite sure how to impress upon all of you the gravity of the situation this guy is in, because before I became a dad, I had no clue either. This is the single most important (and likely devestating) thing that has ever happened to either of them. I don't know the guy, so I can't really go on about the content of his character. What I do know is that he has stones enough to man up and take car of his boy. I have a 2 year old AND mama is still here to help out, it is no small task. Some other things I know: -With great credentials and great references, it is still VERY hard to find a decent job. My brouther went without for two months, and it wasn't for lack of effort or exerience. If the Jobs aren't there, you can't get them. He could have just gone to McDonalds and gotten a job, but that would have made things worse. Makign that little money and having the kid, he would have had NO time to go find a decent job. He would have made the rent, but he would not be able to move out on that pay. -Again, I'm not sure how to convey to you the amount of stress and pressure on this guy. I recently had to consider being a single dad, I did the math, I thought it through, and words cannot express how releaved I was that mama came to her senses and decided to stay. It is a small child who is ENTIRELY dependant on you to survive. To lose his wife and his job in such close succesion, having the boy is probably all that kept him from killing himself. -Rent. This is one area that I may butt heads with you a bit. You argue that he owes you $400. Tell us, how many months did he live there and pay rent? That room isn't costing you any more per month, whether it's got him and his boy in there, or if it's empty. He's been saving you $300 per month. You can argue electric and water and all, but still, this man has not actually cost you anything. To pursue him for that money reflects very badly on you. It makes you look like you're not helping, it makes you look like you're just an impromptu Landlord, it makes you look like an opportunist. "Out of the kindness of my heart, I decided to let him save me $300/mo on my rent. But now he's not saving me that money, I'm barely breaking even, so he and his boy have to go." I have sympathy for this guy because he has been put into an incredibly bad situation because some selfish bitch decided that she didn't want to care about anyone anymore. You can justify what you're doing by trying to rationalize it; "He said he'd be out by... He owes me $, he agree to..... I want my spare room back..." and all that's all good and legal. But that the end of the day, you're still kicking a man and his toddler out on the street. Please, oh please, tell me what either of them have done to deserve that...? "Not my kid, not my responciblity". You're in a position to help, to really and truely be something great and positive their lives, and you're choosing not to. How you define "responcible" may be different than me. And before you say it, yeah, I would. If I had a spare room, and I didn't live 120mi away, I'd let him stay at my place at cost, or less.... as long as he took his shoes off before walking on the carpet. Please man, give the guy a break. I can't make you feel bad for not being Mother Teresa, I'm just trying to get you to look at this from some other angles. Ok, go ahead, start giving me shit.

What are you, a commie? Do you think this is a monarchy or dictatorship? This is America. If you don't like how things are going; vote. -
Anyone? Steel welcome, almost prefered.

Why LSx Owners should never ever buy aftermarket coils...

Nate, I was bored by that video... yeah, think bout that. There's a reason that "scientists" write down their data. It's because watching the proccess is bloody boring. -

It looks allot like the rest of the world. It also shows that it's a free country, we're allowed to boo. Lets try that in China. -
$235?! I can get a whole car for less than that! They were on the list before I took delivery of the car. I may make one.

PM'd back I've got some welding and some adaptation to do, but I'll be game after that.

bitch dropped him and the kid, and he's taking care of the kid by himself?

If you're an F1 fan, you hate Max with a passion. If only it were a tape of him pulling a "Michael Hutchence".

None cheap enough. . Imagine a US car named something stupid like "the Southwest" or "Colorado". It actually does handle like a car, and fairly well at that. It also drives over parking blocks an through muddy fields, whilst getting 29mph. That's why I have one. . Also:

I'm totally into chicks, I'm a bulldyke trapped in amans body.

Going to have a Rola roof cargo basket coming in, everyone says they're good but htey rust fast. Figuring that it's cheap paint and lack of prep, I'm looking into having my blasted clean so I can paint/coat it from scratch. http://www.etrailer.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000001/dt/cc/59504.jpg

Nosir. Roof mount cargo basket is in the mail, brush guard is growing on paper.

Lost mah baby Friday, Nick and I both miss the "kitty car" already. http://img184.imageshack.us/img184/6/copyofjagxn4.jpg The replacement: http://img509.imageshack.us/img509/7949/scoobyzz5.jpg 2002 2.5/auto with 46kmi. Obligatory mud covered shots to come as the weather allows. I'll have fun with this car, just a different kind of fun. Upon hearing the news, a freind told me; "Man, Outback's are cake eaters cars!". I have to say, he's right. Just on the test drive and the short drive home, there is a feeling of anonymity that I haven't had since the Thunderbird.... but more of it. James May contests that the Outback is a Toff-car. I've had to give up surprisingly few "features" from the Jag. Compared to the Jag this car is lacking; rear heated seats, rear climate control, dual front 8way power memory seats (just 4 way driver), and torque... and style. It's obviously got more space inside, but it's also got bits of kit like defroster wiper pads and a dual sunroof. There's also a foam rubber lined "tray" between the spare and the floorboard cover that's ideal for tools. Look for this car at TSDs this year, and possibly Rallcrosses (I'll be destroyed in AWD class) after I get it proper skidplates. I think I'm going to go "aussie" with this. Not rally, but more off road car.

Not Vato zone specials. Anyone have a pair of 6" or so lamps?

+1

Because it's their car. Anyone know what the cost comparison is like on the satin pain jobs vs regular? I'm seriously liking that.

I'm not reading all four pages of this, but has anyone mention that Earth, as well as all other large celestial bodies are amorphous? To put things into perspective, you need to zoom out and observe earth as a ball of matter spinning through space. The way it reacts to contact as a whole is more like a ball of pudding in a weightless environment. Gravity dictates that this would form a sphere... but we're spinning. Truth is, Earth is not a perfect sphere. I deforms a bit from it's own rotation, and has a roaming bit of distortion from the gravitational pull of the moon (very little, most evident in the tides). We're not a spinning rock, things that hit us are absorbed, not bounced off into space.

That's exactly what I was thinking, though I have no real deadline. All black with mah big brakes and shiny calipers, mmmmmm delicious.
-
Hey paint guys; whats the price of that satin-black paint compared to regular black? Is it possible to keep it clean?

Shit dawg, my black 96 bird had black rims in 2004 dawg!

You really only need to have the audio, though visuals can help, too.

If I were her, i'd be drawing attention AWAY from what I did overseas. I'd rather have no Foreign Policy experience than having a track record of sucking at it.
