brian, i am running stock 302 with a vortech v1-sc with a pulley that should give me 9-10psi. i have gt40p heads 42 lb injectors 65mm throttle body 70something maf meter calibrated for 42lb injectors. i have called you before about getting a dynotune i got your name from steve that has a rxt. i was wondering what kind of power i should expect with and without a tune?

also are you running stock temp gauge?

is your overflow filling up? if it is it could be a bad rad. cap.

i have the stock pulley i think i can look if you would like or i can get you bbk used underdrive pulleys that i could not use

did you maul the threads and wallow it out? if so a helicoil. if the threads are a little messed up use a tap.

was it clunking or ticking. blown header gasket. you could do the screw driver to the ear trick

i need some 42lbs for a fox 5.0. that is after buckeye gets a set.

if your coolant was overflowing get a coolant system tester and pressurize the system. also check the rad cap to see if it is hold 16psi. if your oil looks milkshaky you blew a head gasket.
