I used this program for about 6 months. I had lost a bunch of weight and muscle in the process and I used p90x to get the muscle back. Polymetrics is the best one for weight loss, the ab workout kills. It is a good way to START building muscle, but most of my muscle gains were from going to the gym and doing workout routines that I had found online. when I started p90 I couldn't do a single pull-up, after the 6 months I could do 10 pretty easy. Just stick with it.

It wasn't an actual pinks episode, it was just some show that was covering the pinks event at norwalk I guess, now that I think about it.

after you click the link and it opens off screen, move the window to where you want it. Then hit Ctrl + N for a new window. after the new window opens move it to where you want it if it isn't already there, then hit Ctrl + T for a new tab. its a weird thing in IE 7, don't know why it acts that way but it does, but that should fix it.
