We use a piece of software called surfcontrol. The new version of surfcontrol that we installed is amazing, and it blocks sites based on Percentage of skin showing. it is not free but i think it is fairly cheap.

Check your manual for the motherboard, and make sure it will support that processor. Ive had processors that were not supported but still ran, just at a slower speed. ok so maybe you dont have to format, but you do have to reinstall, i knew it was something like that.

Most training places like this will be negotiable on their prices. I was looking at taking some classes at new horizons on avery rd, and they told me initally that it would be lik 20k, then i said that is way too pricey for me and they droped to like 10k. My dad has also taken courses off them and his company was paying for it and he would always get them to cut their price in half.

that is a problem with windows xp, you can change the processor, the harddrive, and the memory too, but you cannot change the motherboard without reformatting and reinstalling a new copy of XP. at least i havent found a way around it

You are going to have to have a form that generates a report(search) everytime. after the report is generated you will have a button on the form and it will send you to that edit page, probably another form with another button on it so you can then export it to word. that is how i would do it.

They are actually really easy to do, but REALLY messy. all you do is take out all the bolts that hold the metal ring in place, find the seal, clean all the oil and shit off it, put new one in, and then just put the metal ring back on. the only hard part is the mess it makes, and you have to makes sure it is all clean before new seal is put in there.
