The shortblock has 7k on it so Ill give the car an easy 500 miles then change the oil.

I have my felpro's and as soon as I put a few miles on her car I am tearing mine down. I needed her car done before I tore mine down b/c I was daily driving my car.

I finished the wifes car today,the GTP is alive again! If I dont have any more problems with it, she will be racing at Norwalk. If you dont know @7 months ago I put a new cam,injectors,stahl convertor and a built trans in the car,but due to a unfortunate engine failure(rod bearing)it was broke again. It now has a shortblock with only 7000 miles from a 05 Monte and I took some time to port some heads and lower intake manifold. I still need a ABS module and some new HVAC controls and the wife will be happy again! She has already called out Devon with the 3800 Cavalier!

I would PM Mr Blunt 2GNT, he has a megasquirt on his car.

TSP - MS3 237/242 .603/.609" Camshaft With Your Choice of Lobe Seperation 2300-6800 Power band with a peak around 6400 I would use a 112 LSA to help raise the DRC running 3.50 to help making torque at lower rpm. If it was me I would call Comp Cams and have them grind the MS3 with a 112+3 LSA to change your ICL and that will make a jump in DRC. another option TSP - torquer v3 2300-6700 RPM Power Band with a peak around 6400rpm 231/234 .643"/.598" 111 LSA Both to make power at a lower rpm than the more popular MS4, which will help with the 3.50 gear. My car makes power from 3000-7400+ but I run 4.11's which helps alot. I get a decent deal with Comp if you want me to check prices just let me know.
