Its a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath has a deck and a walk out basement back yard has a nice tree line and creek(but is on a hill) I had a portion of the back yard leveled for a swingset or would work for a shed. the house is wired for surround sound the deck is wired for outdoor speakers the kitchen/master bedroom/master bath is wired for speakers in ceiling 2 car garage catedral ceilings in family room and master bedroom
