Goodbye, Canada haha. It's slightly amusing to see the country that founded the sport get fully booted out now. Oh well, when did a Canadian team last win the Cup? 1994 or something? Now Detroit needs to go and I'll be happy with the teams left. Washington and Boston should be cool to watch, if Boston can keep their head out of their ass for a while longer. I'd love to see Ovechkin try a triple axle or something over Chara's head ha.

I'm actually kind of happy about this news, I wasn't going to be able to make it to the 15-16 event, anyways. This way I have a shot at making it to all the points events this season. Sorry for everyone else who was looking forward to this in two weeks.

What a good time today was. Rain stayed away (leaving many people unguarded against sunburn haha), temps were just right, it was a blast. Plus, I got my first trophy! It was cool meeting more new people, too. Here's hoping events 2 and 3 get moved to a decent date so I can attend them.

As for the East, I don't think anyone really stands much chance against Boston and their series against Carolina should be damn good.

I've been trying to find the event schedule that was posted on the OVR website last season. I can't find it on there anywhere and it would be helpful for me.

This one is supposed to be their "simulation" game. Looks good so far, wonder how it will play.

Can anyone find out if and when they'll show it again? I can't find it in the listings for the near future. Or how about a good old fashion illegal download? I haven't had any luck finding those, either.

I'm planning on the Test and Tune, as well. Just changed my brakes and may possibly have new tires by then. Can't wait to get back into it.

I'm also pretty upset about the Saturday dates. I work second shift and getting up early on Saturday will be tough, but I'll make it. I hope I can run the full season this year, but I already know some dates are filled with personal stuff. Oh well.

I'm freaking pumped. I hope I can get time off work (2nd shift) to get down to the Arena in April, or May or June for that matter

Rock quarry? I work right down the road from it and have heard them blasting occasionally. I haven't heard it in a while so that's probably not it.

The penalty calls were ridiculous. I didn't see any refs out there, just Calgary fans in striped shirts.

Tried that, also tried A/C, which helps but as soon as I turn it off the windows fog up again worse than before. It gets pretty frustrating on days when the weather isn't very nice.

Ok, why the hell won't the inside of my windows properly defrost in this weather? It's been a problem ever since the weather started getting cold a couple months ago and I can't find a decent solution. I have to drive with the sunroof cracked to help keep the air moving so my windows won't fog as badly. This keeps the front side windows clear mostly but the back windows fog and sometimes ice up if it's cold enough. Turning the fan up doesn't help all that much. I've cleaned the windows with water and windex but to no avail. It's never done this in the past two winters I've owned the car. The only different thing is I had the windows tinted this past summer, but I can't really think of a good reason why this would cause my problems. Any ideas?

If it's under $200 it would be much cheaper than most track days I've looked at.

I still won't get my hopes up just yet for this year. They still have plenty of time to disappoint, but damn it would be nice if they could stick at #8.
