I think he meant for what the mods are worth and that just proved his point. At least that is the way I read it.

I didn't say they haven't. I am saying that is the average mindset of any buyer looking at a car. If you found me a bone stock 94 GT with the air silencer still in tact I can almost guarantee it is not beat on like one with gears, intakes, big ass tires, gauges, etc. This is the mindset of many others as well.
