  7. Bunch of them on CL, they're really popular right now. Just be aware of the body seam in the side of the beds, can hold a lot of rust.
  8. Looking for a good set of 235/85/16 Load Range E tires for my truck. Let me know what you've got. Thanks
  9. That's what I was thinking, why would you pay for that?
  10. Insulating will help, don't cheap out on the R value you put in. But reality is any area above a garage is the worst area to try to control in any season, with the opening and closing of such a large area to outside climate it's always gonna be a battle. But insulating the walls and garage door will help. A better insulation in the garage ceiling would help as well, but removal of DW isn't cost effective for the little benefit.
  11. I like it, I'm more impressed by older clean vehicles that are daily driven then most anything new these days. Older vehicles actually have style to them. Not like the boring plastic butter containers that you pass on the road that every tom, dick and Harry are driving.
  12. It is actually in Columbus, not Whitehall. Splitting hairs, but area is not a Hilliard or Dublin that's for sure. But we've been going there for over 30 yrs ( at that location) and it hasn't been an issue. It does get super busey so go early. They use to never accept cards as payment only check or cash, but cc is accepted and check no longer. Excellent German bakery
  13. Best doughnuts and cakes in town... Reschs on east Livingston. I don't know WTF a gourmet doughnut is, and don't care too.

  17. Looking for an inexpensive picnic table. Will pick up. Thanks
  18. 4 is within normal range. What's you exact #? I just sold a home and mine was 4.2 during the time we had a lot of rain and the home inspector for the buyer removed the sump pump covers during test period. Buyers wanted us to install a mitigation system or give them money. I told them to pound sand. The radon test is a joke and doesn't mean anything, it's more government bs. Buyers use it as a bargaining chip
  19. I'm in, That's what I'm looking for
  20. Like others have said I'd advise them of the situation and your plans so they can properly prepare. Though it's on your property you can do whatever you want. However as someone stated their may have been a mutual or monetary agreement with the previous owner. I'm highly doubting that, as if their was such a thing it should've been disclosed with a disclosure form upon contract of the home purchase. But unfortunately most people just tie into a neighbors existing fence to save themselves money. I've had 2 homes I've installed fences at and both I sat the fence inside the property line first was set in 2 ft and second was set in 5ft. I also wouldn't let anyone tie into my fence for the reason your experiencing now.
  21. I don't put a thick layer and I mow my grass at 4.5" in summer so I don't have issues
