This worked for me for awhile than a good friend whom I trust to give health advice said this: "Why count calories? Your body doesn't. It counts nutrition." Not that it doesn't work, but your body isn't fueled by calories. It's fueled by protein, good fat, etc. I dunno, works for me. Highly recommend.

Prime example of a healthy lifestyle option. Why do you say that? Friend of mine is really into that crap. I'm not for it, but wondering your thoughts on it.

Anything that "works" will "unwork" as soon as she gives up. There are no quick fixes. Eat right and move. You don't have to be a gym rat, but move. Lifestyles keep you healthy, not flash in the pan miracle diets. Best of luck.

I watch a good bit of it. Followed the men's half pipe all the way through Shawn White's, Danny Davis', and Bretz's falls which led to no US medals for the first time ever. Been following curling a good bit. Hockey has had some nice games. Anything fast/x-games style I like. Screw figure skating. Blech.

Thanks, but it's all good. Everyone has their own opinions and they're entitled to them. Sorry this upset you, but don't let it. Life's not worth getting upset over others actions that you can't control. There's more to live for. Smile and hold your head high. Don't put too much weight in what others say. No matter what there will always be someone who irks you, but it's not worth the distraction of the good things you've got going in your life. Nothing said here or anywhere would change how I feel about my son. Never will. All good advice. Haha. Thanks for the cangrats everyone.

Thanks all. She wanted to go naturally, without epidural, no inducing, and no c-section. She went post date and due to some complications, she was in heavy labor for 22 hours even though the doc tried to convince her to get a c-section. Finally he called it, she accepted it, and all are healthy now and in recovery. I watched everything. Trying natural, c-section, even Huck's circumcision (as I drank my coffee, lol) and wouldn't change a thing. It's truly amazing to witness your child's birth. I may put a pic up. We're not posting any on FB or online, but I might make an exception for CR.

I don't disagree with this. Dad has been a carrier for 27 years now and I can't wait for him to retire. They're totally boning him. "Good" news is word in the hubs is USPS is looking to go 5 day mail weeks but have Saturday AND Sunday package delivery. I feel most here would like being able to receive the goods on Sun rather than wait until Mon. For me, meh. Nothing I order is THAT pertinent.
