  1. Let me know how that works once you get a chance to use it.
  2. You're right, it's not essential, which absolutely makes it a leisure item. Regardless of how you prefer to cook you have viable means to do so in several other ways. You PREFER to grill (as do we) but you don't HAVE to grill. That is literally a "want". This is where the hypocrisy comes into play and you said yourself you went back numerous times and ventured out for a grill just because you're "stubborn" (to use your term). You also stood there waiting for a non-essential item and went back and forth at least 3 times per your telling of the story as I recall and while doing so stood there judging others for their actions as well. Like I said in CB when you ranted to everyone about how crowded Lowe's was: this is (still, kinda) a free country and I personally don't care where you go or for what. We all have the freedom to do as we please. Some decisions have favorable consequences and some don't. You made a decision to go out into public to get a "want" and that's fine. It's just very unbecoming (and, again, hypocritical) for you to then say, "but please don't spare us the theatrics of you denying that you don't think people should die from this easily presentable thing while advocating that people should die so you can get a haircut," especially when you go out because you're stubborn and want a grill while still collecting a paycheck and lambasting those worried about being able to earn income. Your grill is no more essential than anyone's haircut and you know it. You'll never admit it but deep down inside you know it's true. We now return you to your regularly schedule 'rona thread.
  3. Did our taxes April 15th. Got our stimulation the first day anyone else did. Shrug.jif.
  4. Probably could pretty easily with a jack I'd imagine.
  5. This. So much unessential crap being done all because people are, well, stubborn. Didn't you go to Lowe's 3 or 4 times and to an ATM in one day for a grill this week? So you're willing to risk spreading it to others for an unessential grill but want to come here and judge others? You're willing for folks to die so you can cook outside rather than inside but want to act superior online? Interesting. The epitome of hypocrisy, but interesting. "You're wrong because you want a haircut but it's ok for me to make several unnecessary trips to the same packed store and other places for a grill because I'm stubborn!" Just...lol. Please, for all of us, get off your high horse. I feel attacked.
  6. tOSU is the greatest college football program of all time. Change my mind. 1, 2, and 3, in the draft. All played at tOSU. Incredible. history has been made. Never before have three teammates been taken in the top 3. When Okudah got taken I literally cheered aloud. Ohio State has surpassed USC (tied before tonight) for the most first rounders ever taken and this was the cherry on top. I was born a Buckeye and I'll die a Buckeye. GO BUCKS!!! SOOOO happy too that I got to witness history with Beth, who usually doesn't care about the draft or pro football, by my side. Say what you want about sports. Say what you want about what's essential. I don't care. I'm elated right now.
  7. No wonder you haven't worried about getting this Balvenie.
  8. Draft time. Will tOSU/former tOSU) go 1, 2, 3?
  9. Something tells me that was the joke. Looks good IMO. Send it!
  10. That sucks man. Sorry to hear that.
  11. It's not perfect because our prison system is not perfect. That's not what this thread is about though.
  12. On vintage vehicles it will only allow a price in the KBB range. That's all we were saying. In this instance a K10 would in fact not be able to be posted for anything outside that range which $12,200 would most definitely be.
  13. A $200 stone is ridiculous and overpriced. Period. A Smith's Tri-Hone actually isn't that bad of a little system. I like it.
  14. It's easier to have a fancy machine do it for you. It's like driving an automatic. lol
  15. Yup. It was infuriating TBH. First time I had a problem selling on there but it also made me realize all those folks/ads I've hated for listing for less than asking or putting something like "$1234" or "$1111" prob dealt with the same BS I did. It was a month of the most pover folks thinking they were getting a mint specimen for pennies. I was SO glad when it sold to a guy who knew what it was, showed up with cash, and was happy to have found it.
  16. Nah. It's a FBM thing. When we sold the '76 that was listed on here a few months back FBM wouldn't let me list it for more than $4k so I put "$1234" then the first thing in the ad in all caps was "ACTUAL PRICE $12,500. FACEBOOK WILL NOT ALLOW FOR THE PROPER ASKING PRICE TO BE LISTED DUE TO THE AGE OF THE VEHICLE." I got message after message after message of folks asking if I'd take $1200 (34 bucks difference? ) or $1k or folks would say, "I have cash now. Can meet today." I'd ask if they took the time to read the ad, explained the situation, and told them the real asking price, then they'd go full PWT and cuss me out or say I was baiting or the things that have been said in this thread. If y'all want someone to blame blame The Zuck. Yeah, stealerships do what they can to get more views/potential buyers, but this one may honestly be that FBM won't let them and some morons out there think they'll get vehicles for 10% of what they're worth.
