Just let it go dude. Even with constant research and fact checking, some people just have an outright refusal to see the light. The encouraging thing is that I truly think the majority of the people in this country do see it, and they see it clearly.

Hey punk there was nothing else on. I just couldn't believe how out of control it got. Clearly the article writer is a black female as some of you have pointed out, but that's not the point. The point is regardless of whether it's a black female author from Chicago or an old white guy from Phoenix, what happened, happened and Palin either didn't have the common sense to recognize that this was WAY over the line, or felt that the behavior was acceptable -- whichever it is, it says something about Palin/McCain. McCain should be on national news apologizing and stating that these uncontrolled comments do not represent his campaign. If it had been reversed, the right wing would be going crazy demanding something be done.

Agreed. I sent e-mails to both Senators and the clown Pat Tiberi -- they all voted for the bailout. I'll remember this shit come election time.

I already wrote to both Senators and my Rep to let them all know I'd be voting against them when they come up for re-election, especially Tiberi. Fucking clowns keep pissing my money away and giving it to banks and mortgage giants who got themselves (and some of us) into some really deep shit.

Good info here -- is it legal for the dogs to be outside in their yard, not fenced or leashed if the owners are out w/ them? Are you saying it's only breaking the law if the dogs actually leave the property with or without the owner present? (this makes sense, I was just under the impression that every animal needed to be on a leash or behind a physical fence in Ohio).

lol you guys are killin' me w/ these suggestions. I did see the Animal Control guys show up last night and they did go up to the house. I hope they made no bones about the fact that these people are breaking the law and fines and loss of the animals could be involved. This was our second time calling, but by no means was it only the second incident. If I see the dogs out without leashes again, I will get video and call a third time and offer the video as proof. Okay fellas, need some input here. I'm having a problem with a neighbor here in Gahanna. These people have 3 dogs that they frequently let out and they run around the yards in the area. 2 of them just chased the g/f down the street and tried to bite her. I've called Animal Control before this (they're actually on their way out for this incident tonight). What are the laws on this matter, and what do I need to do to ensure these clowns stop doing this? I can get it on video if I need to, but don't know if anyone will even spend the time to look into it? Any cops on this board, please chime in. I like animals, but if the dogs are going to be outside, they should be on leashes. We keep ours on leashes when they go outside. Thanks much for your time.

It actually hasn't been bad around my work. Most people here are pretty smart and see through McSame and "Daily Scandal Palin"'s lies. Every once in a while I run into someone who hasn't done any research, and usually once I can convince them to go look up the answers to the questions they have via an independent fact check organization, you don't hear McCain's name much after that.

Power still out in Gahanna at my place. Went out yesterday around 4:30pm. So like somebody said, 16 hours and counting. Now that I'm at work, I was checking out AEP's website. They're still assessing damage and will have an update at 10:30am, but their preliminary is 0-7 days repair time, but they do stress that it's preliminary.
