You could try to swap #3 spark plug with a known good cylinder to see if it switches cylinders, you could try to listen to the injectors with a stethoscope to see if it's operating correctly.

In Grandview there's a little vet place called Ripley's Animal Hospital. They are super cheap and the people there are extremely nice. That's where we normally take both our Corgi's and our Husky's. Check resistence of your spark plug wires. If you are getting a cam sensor code this is the most likely cause.
