  1. I'm in. For money or just for fun doesn't matter.
  2. I have one on my parts car, but no time and too much of a pain to take it out. Just go to your local auto parts store.
  3. Well here, you sell me the 240SX I'll come tow it and give you a receipt.
  4. A B18C5 isn't meant to be boosted. Leave the car stock, put it in your garage. Leave it sit for about 15 years, then sell it for 5 times more than what you bought it for. The Type R's will be worth some money later in life.
  5. Rent the equipment and DYI.
  6. Brake flush is every 36k miles. Powersteering flush is pretty much useless, it could help if your P/S is making noise, but other than that we call it the walletflush. Rec. every 54k miles. I'm at work right now on wi-fi.
  7. I'm a technician at Saturn West. All that stuff is just recommended maintenance, will your car be fine without it? Most likely. If you ever need any work done to the car, let me know and I can hook you up.
  8. Is it slamming into reverse? If it's a harsh slam into reverse you most likely have a tranny problem. Most likely a valve body or an input shaft nut.

    GM Cert. Cars

CamaroAJ is correct, your PCM needs reprogrammed for the cruise concern. The vibration in the front, is it in the steering wheel, is it while braking, does it make a noise going over bumps? I know that platform has a problem with the sway bar bushing that is a common problem. But I've also seen a lot of them warping the rotors on a regular basis. Your car should have a bumper-to-bumper warrenty until 36k miles or 3 years from the original owner purchase date.

    Was 300 any good?

I went and saw Zodiac on friday night. That was a pretty sweet movie.
  11. Jack up the oil pan. There are 5 15mm nuts and 3 7mm studs. Pull the mount off, tighten down the new studs, slide the new mount on, bolt the nuts down and pull the jack out.
  12. Skeeter. Beep beep.
  13. We almost used this one.
  14. Ditch the taillights and slam it. Dealerships won't give you shit unless you're complaing about something that you modified. They aren't going to be like, "Well you have an axle seal leaking, but since you modified your suspension we can't replace that for you under warrenty."
  15. I believe we are taking applications for a lot attentant at Saturn West in Hilliard, OH.
  16. My son is due in 5 weeks. :-D We have his first name picked out, but the middle name is a toss up right now. I'm leaning the most towards Levin Augustine, but the first name will be Levin.
  17. 119k. It's spoken for right now, doubt it'll fall through.
  18. Why? He was just informing him. PB buster is flammable, it will catch on fire if you try to torch it. I've seen it happen. Not that it's not controllable, but still. Have you tried to use the air hammer to try to chisel it out? Like notch it from the side and try to push it counter-clockwise to loosen the bolt? That has worked for me in the past. You just have to be careful.
  19. I already have plenty of people, but I'd much rather just find a straight up trade. I work at a Saturn dealership, it's much easier for me to sell a car knowing there is absolutely not a thing wrote with it and everything up to date. No offense or anything I'm sure I could find plenty of things wrong with your car. It's my job, but I take very good care of my vehicles.
  20. I've been pretty busy. I usually bust around 120-130 hours a pay. I also have the best service writer I've yet to see at this company. Although when we aren't busy it's alright too, we just installed wi-fi and I can play CS 1.6 will at my toolbox. lol I don't complain. It'll pick up here in a little bit. PS I only get paid .3's a battery and .2's an oil change, rotates are .5's. I get all my money from upsells. But I also work at my father-in-law's shop on the weekends for extra $$$
  21. This is my personal Saturn daily driver. I'm a certified Saturn technician for a local Saturn dealership in Columbus. Recently replaced cam cover gasket, spark plugs + wires, waterpump, battery, belt, motor mount with OEM Saturn parts. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this car. Everything works as it should. I bought this off the original owners who took good care of the car prior to my ownership. It's a darkblue (blackblue) 4-door sedan. 15 inch alloy wheels with newer Bridgestone tires, around 7/32's still left. This has every option other than a sunroof. Power windows, doors, brakes, automatic. Pictures will be posted soon. I'm looking for around $2300 Cash or I would like to trade cars or trade + cash. Possible trades would be for a stock or lifted Jeep Wrangler/Cherrokee, stock Nissan 240SX, any old pre '87 RWD Toyota's. I'm also up for cars that aren't running + cash if they spark my interest enough.
  22. I'm going tomorrow morning to search as well.
