all it is is a pressurized overflow tank it does not affect the way the radiator works use the small tank with a cap that has the same pressure rating as your current one and you should be fine

you can buy a t-fitting for the oil sender from the hardware store take the factory sender with to get the right thread size you can also run a t-fitting in the manifold for the coolant sensors.....

you should see 13-14v all the time if the alt is charging pull it off and have it bench tested autozone and advance can both do this for you
