  4. cap the hedder and then delete the egr system then when you have the car tuned just get all the egr stuff turned off
  5. I would use columbus col-weld for that type of work they can spray weld material into the area that you want and then remachine it
  6. I've done a couple of those on a lift with air tools and it sucked you get 100000 extra man points if you did it on the ground with hand tools.... happy birthday
  7. I know when we woek on a car like that we have to call an 800 number and they remote disarm it so we can test drive the car and stuff if your driving the car and not him you can probably call and have it disarmed so you can work on the car
  8. change the clutch when you do the headers or you'll be sorry you can buy a 5/8 flare cap at lowes for $2.19 to block off the egr at the hedder tube I think everything else is covered

  16. runs till it gets warm and croaks that module is almost certain to be toast, I also see in your sig that you have an aftermarket ignition on the car you should bypass it for now and run on stock stuff and see if it clears up or not to eliminate it as your problem
