cpompression is 150# , whats the leakdown like?
I would also go through the carb again and see if its not leaking fuel internally its hard thing to track down and sometimes can only be found by swapping on a known good carb
t3-t4 50trim on ford 2.3
boost doesn't even start to come in untill almost 4k rpm and even with the wastegate actuator unhooked it wil only make around 18psi
I'm thinking the wastegate is bad/stuck is there anyway to test this?
anything else I should be looking for?

you need the bulb sockets for the tailight your using you can either get a complete harness and plug it in or just buy the sockets with pigtails from napa and solder them in
