What kind of problems can they cause?

My buddy just got a audi s4 and is trying to just do a few small mods right now because he just had a kid. First he's thinking about getting a chip for it. How much does a chip really help where do you have to send your computer to somwhere where they can recalibrate it? Would blow off valves help performance at all or just make the sound since he's running stock right now?

I'm moving out into my first house in August and want to know what cable/internet service is good and cheap. I dont need any fancy cable w/ 700 channels. Just somethign pretty basic. I'm moving off of Morse rd on Heaton. Its close to Cleveland ave. What is recommended around that area?
