So did a little research and this was a quote that I found.....
"The Ohio Revised Code, as most legal codes, proscribes behaviors - it does not generally enumerate things that are permitted. Anything not so proscribed is legal by default. The Ohio state constitution does say, in pertinent part:
The people have the right to bear arms for their defense and security; but standing armies, in time of peace, are dangerous to liberty, and shall not be kept up; and the military shall be in strict subordination to the civil power.
So, in the absense of anything restricting it, carry on."
