Wow, I think you went a little overboard, but whatever floats your boat :\ I just built a new computer, but I reused a lot of stuff. I only got a new Mobo (MSI MS-7350), new processor (Core 2 Duo E4300), and some new ram (2 gigs of Wintec DDR2). I also bought a 7900 GT CO SC off of a friend of mine in Michigan who was running two in SLi mode, but he got rid of one because he is a college student and needs money. lol

I had a crap load of passes to that tonight. Enough to admit all of the active users on CR lol

My e-brake doesnt work. Aside from that, my car runs perfect. The e-brake is a common MR2 problem that quite frankly, at this current time, I dont think is worth fixing. I park it in gear like every other normal human being.

It would be kind of hard to fit that into an MR2, and I am pretty sure it doesnt rev to 9000 RPM.

Do you guys think it would be expensive to ship an engine from Ontario to here? I found a reasonably priced engine for the swap I am going to do.

*W16, designed by Volkswagen. Its kind of like their W12, which is just 2 VR6's welded together in the middle, except this has 8 cyl's.

Back when I was really into VW's, I thought about building a 1.8t hybrid. You basically use the 16v block, put the 1.8t head on it, and slap on all the electronics. There is a diary/journal of one guy who did it on VWvortex, you have to search for it though, it has been a long time since I have been there.

Its not like they are racing ones. They are meant to be a stronger replacement for the OEM ones. They dont add any level of performance, they just wont break as easily.
