    blew up my PSU in my main desktop today. running on some old 300w i found in storage. any ideas for a new one? I need at least 500w, i have a lot of hard drives and devices.

    I still say weight loss supplements are not allowed, nutrients would be though. And I say that the pictures are needed. If someone really wants to take part and lose the weight and win the money, they will deal with the complexity of the task at hand.

    My mom did Optifast, yeah, definitely illegal in this competition. I almost want to say no assistants of any kind. You have to do it the good old fashioned way.
