which one? there are 6 switch assembly's, one has 2 switches on it.

98 vw jetta glx power windows only work when you put the key in the drivers door and turn it, they don't do anything when you push any of the 7 window switches. Highly unlikely ALL the switches went bad, and the drivers door isn't like a master switch for all 4 windows, it only holds the front two switches, while the rear two are located on the center console... any ideas what to check first?

otay, guess i'll pass lol. tyler, i have thought about opening a used car lot, lol and the big difference between the cars is 5.0 vs 4.6, and the fact that i would have less in the car/blower than i sold my yellow gt for, so that's a plus. but yeah, i knwo i'm horrible iwht cars, maybe i'll just buy a bike again.

How much power can these handle if its in good condition? A vortech + mods? Just wondering if its worth my while to look into a couple clean ones I found, and all the ones with decent prices are auto unfortunately...so yeah...Also, did the auto ones have differente rear end gears, or still 3:27's?

how many miles are on the car? Sounds like its little problem after little problem, makes me wonder if I should buy one with 140k on it...

Pay the $1.90/week? Or live in a suburb that it's included? Honestly, I think that short of moving, your best bet would be to pay the $1.90/week seeing as how there is no way you can dispose of it cheaper, even at the free places. You'd waste just as much, if not more in gas/time taking them there every week or two. Just my .02, bexley ftmfw.

Not much room to move as its slightly less than my fiance's payoff. This car stickered for over $26k last year new, so this is a great deal, and this is still cheaper for the year/miles than you'll find out there.
