Silverado 1500 LT extended cab 4wd, 5.3L
Really like the agricover larado and the limited. do you stock both so I could look them over?
Truck has the standard cab. what are your hours?
I have had the rino lining before and was happy with it, at the time it was the only option. I heard the linex is better, I do like some of the bed mats I have seen.
Bought a new pickup and wondering what the best options for soft/folding tonneau cover, bed rails, bed mat/liner and probably nerf bars. Who has what that they are happy with or hated and possible best places to buy.
Thanks Mark, Both of the articles are fantastic and I love the poster of your car. I was so depressed when I lost the true street to a stupid mistake, I really dont remember the last time I felt that bad about myself. To then come back to the pits and find the GMHTP crew waiting for me was a real lift. There must have been 10 of us swarming the car cleaning all the stickers off and cleaning the car. It looked like a nascar pit stop lol.
We were on an industrial road near a railroad crossing shooting the pictures and up comes Barney Fife. (not even a real cop) Now the guys at GMHTP say dont worry usually the cops stop traffic and are really cool about these shoots. Mind you there is NO traffic, NO cars being held up it was all cool. Well this guy starts going off hollering we need to leave then starts in on we are not moving fast enough and we need to get out of there ASAP. Like we need to run or something. It was hillarious his face was getting all red I was hoping he would pop a vein as the crew kept shooting pictures.
Best part was the next morning I went into the store to buy some ice and drinks. When I came out the guys I am with point to a white HHR at the gas pumps that was identicle to the one the GMHTP was driving and said Justin wanted to talk to me. So I eagerly go over the the car and just before I get there this old white haired woman gets out. They really got me good and laughed so hard they cried.
My new turbo has arrived!

The only thing better than having columbus racings fastest car featured in a magazine is having BOTh of columbus racings fastest cars in the same issue. I was thrilled when I realized we were both in the same issue. I swear those guys should write romance novels. Some of that stuff was really cheesy. I was very happy with the coverage and photos of mine, although they made a couple of small errors in my spec sheet. I have not seen Marks yet.
The 94 was never legal in X275.
This new precision promod 88 is the biggest turbo the class has ever allowed.
The class is run on the 1/8 so not sure were you get the 7.70's
These are the John Sears rules
Bought the heads from one of the Ohio Boys car. Ordering a 88mm precision turbo that is legal for the X275 radial class. Will be going to Milan for that program. Not near as much as I have done the last couple of years.
There were some shots of mark in the far lane of the parachute shot also. I saw my car one other times in the begining of the show for a fraction of a second. Shame they had to take the good video of my car on the pass I broke the transmission lol. The burnout pictures of Marks Vette were AWESOME!
That was a really fun event. Cant wait to go next year.
I see were the same age I thought you would have apreciated the last line from " lets get the show on the road.
Lets try this, I was at the agora one of the nights they taped the album Stage Pass in 76
I hope it is a weekend I dont have another event. I can change gears during the week then change back afterwards. I will probably just run the back half, not sure how my slush box will handle a full mile. I have a parachute to help stop so I am not to worried about the shutdown area.
