I set the preload with the turnbuckles. I have a Wolfe anti-roll bar Jacked the car up on the center of the k-member until the front wheels are off the ground. Adjust turnbuckles until it is level.

While those are a quality industrial style connector that should work just fine,,,,, it does look pretty bad.

Good tip on the ruins I havent read about them yet. I didnt book the transportation because it was always a rippoff when I did it threw the cruise lines and you had to wait untill they "filled up". I believe he resents your being there instead of his father and blames his mother for his father not being there. He then lashes out at his mother.
