Kentucky turbo has made more of the truck manifold kits than anyone to date and does a "decent" job.
IPS is definitely a good local option.
Search my user name in the build area. I can get you a kit like mine, it will cost more than the Kentucky turbo kit but it is much nicer.
STAY AWAY FROM OHIO FORCED INDUCTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Joel has ripped off a lot of people.
Two words,,,,,,,,,
Tire Chains.
Not the kind your used to seeing. Mud chains with the big cross chains.
Chain the front and rears up and it wont matter if the tires are bald LOL
It is not a guessing game it is called history. This is not the first area to allow Casino's in America. It will play out just like the other want to be gambling areas in the US. While I have not been to anywhere near all of them I have been to a lot of them and I still think Vegas is the only worth while experience there is. IMHO
As others have pointed out, these establishments provide/produce NOTHING. They take money and give the largest % to the Government (bad idea) and crooked business men (worse idea) If you buy a television or a heads cam package the salesman makes money, the service centers, warehouses, manufacturer etc. There is a big trickle down that does not happen with gambling
Yes there will be some construction and some shitty service sector work created. HOOORA
Dont get the idea I am some anti gambling nut job. I really enjoy gambling. I would guess I will go 3-5 times a year to these new establishments. Thats all money that will stay in the state. I believe most of there business will be a similar clientel. The problem is the "other" clientel that cant afford nor can control there impulses and literally take the food off of there families table.
I have an 06 I bought new. Have about 70,000 on it, only complaint I had was the original equipment tires separated and could get no help from the dealer with it.
Keeping the tax revenue in Ohio that now leaves is great. But the costs to the community will be even greater
If any of you ever lived in an area where gambling was legal you would know the answer to the OP's question.
The number of gambling addicts will skyrocket. People that never had a gambling problem will develop them. When I was working in Nevada we where making big money. Every week I had to lend money to the guys on my crew because of gambling. people I had known for years, gambling there paychecks away instead of sending the money home to there families.
Ever take a good look at the majority of the people in the casino's in detroit. They look like bums, poor at best. These are not people from out of town spending there disposable entertainment dollars.
Mark my words, in ten years everyone of you will have someone you know that suffers in some way from the casino's
I am piecing together another motor similar to the last with a few small upgrades. Other than that a lot of wiring cleanup and hopefully paint the engine bay and new rear bumper cover.
If you have Kurt do your engine he can spec you out a cam. You want a reverse split with all the seat pressure you can get.
Shawn at virginia speed does a good job also.
Kurt was in business an engine builder for 5 years (94 to 99) before he was the manager of W2W. Since there demise he went back into business with engine building as his main product.
