if you have a 5 yr interest only arm. when your 5 years is up, do the remainder payments go directly to the principle? is there a way to tell how much your payment will go up?

yeah pryor needs to play the rest of the game. take away two plays and its a different game. One thing that has killed OSU in the big game in the past is the ability for the coaches to make adjustments at halftime......wil see whats changed. we are still in the game though.

just curious why everyone thinks OSU will lose? if they played up to the level they played last year they ARE the best team in the country.
