What ever you do buy a southern truck. With the use of the salt/brine it rusts the hell out of the under carriages here. Then if you want it to last, under coat it, paint it, what ever you have to so it will last. I refuse to drive my truck in the winter weather here

If they had a solid commitment from a group who would come and participate I bet trails would make it happen. The problem is that how many could actually make a commitment? Paxton Novi 2k. All brackets included, discharge tube, Tial 50mm blow off, air filter plus piping, and a shit load of custom made pulleys with blower strut brace. + a bunch of belts all 10 rib. The discharge tube was set for a threw the firewall intercooler so some modification maybe nessesary. Crank Pulleys all 10 rib 8.25 diameter with mandrel 7.75 dia with mandrel 7" factory pulley Blower pulleys 3" 3.200 3.300 3.400 3.500 3.000 4.6 custom idler aswell with factory 3.25 idlers. This was on a 351 based engine, some custom extra bracing will be included. 75 passes and couple hundred miles street. Its clean, no rattles, tight and the does not leak. Pulley combinations are limitless. With power you have available and even with suspension help those drag radials will not like the shock of a standard trans. If you feel like getting more involved in drag racing with it a pair of slicks would help you better. The 1st 60 feet are the most important to shaving time off the clocks. Also the most higher hp cars that run the drag radials usually all have a two speed auto. Nice times and I bet it was fun

WTF.........as common and plentiful as 302's are you need to find one with the factory main caps to start with. You really should not mix main caps unless you are ready to spend some money with the machine shop for align bore. Never buy a block with out the mains For the same amount of money you can start with a 351 block and have a lot stroger foundation. At the rate your going, 5 years from now you will still be the most broke dick on CR
