  1. nope...it gets alot of looks on the trailer to the track. Gotta be safe out there it gets stupid out on the track. Going 3 wide on that small of a track with 25 cars in the main, people get put into the wall and spun out. Cars cheap to race but super time intensive to make it race ready from a street car. Its best to find someone who is stepping up in classes and buy there car for money they have in it (less than 2k) and race it for a couple years.
  2. yeah I would like his info. Pretty much from what I understand on garage journal it is just installing a torsion jack style opener IE Liftmaster 3800 and changing the tracks along with a couple other parts to allow the door to hug the ceiling. I just got a great deal on a 4 post for my garage so just trying to get the garage door thing all straightned out.
  3. Anyone on here do garage door install/repair i am wanting a high lift door conversion
  4. you pay and entrance fee each weekend and you just have to fuel it up maybe tires depending how you run the car and how much you practice and fix what you break.
  5. yup shes stock its just a bunch of fun racing with 25 other cars 3 wide. most times you can be up and running for around 2k
  6. Big thanks to tommy for amazing prices and even better service. He not only beat everyones price but also drove from Delaware to New Albany to apply the vinyl for me. 15. These are nice headers, I almost got in on he GP for 600.00 for the nova a little while back.
  16. just got back last week from a Bahamas cruise and you needed a passport for sure to get back through customs. All you need is the new passport card not the booklet and the card is faster, I think I got mine back in december and at that time it was only taking 3 weeks regular service to get it returned.
  17. see that car all the time, it roams the streets where I work in the linden area
  18. not sure if you wanted to tackle this job or did not wanna shell out the cash to have it done. Could of gotten a vw tech on the side to do this job for 350 or less. Its just so hard on the floor especially if you dont have the overhead support to lower the rear part of the engine down to get to some of the bolts. If my memory serves me right really after you get the axles loose and the starter out, drop the bolts out of the subframe and tilt the motor back its not that bad from there to get all the bolts out and slide the trans out. Plus that trans can get heavy. At least its not an 4 motion unit
  19. buy a used junk holley 750dp then buy a rebuild kit and have rob rebuild it. Thats what I did. I will post a pic of the great work. I just wish I had a before pic the carb was gummy
  20. Whats the specifics on the setup. I would say with 4-5k you should have some top notch budget equipment
