I race that class, and have for a while. I recommend he does not waste money on mods. 1st race the car may go into the wall and hes out the money, the class is meant to be a low buck fun time. On top of that, its cheating.... someone could put the claim money up for his car.

Opinions... I am torn. I am placing an order with LRS and getting a cobra grill and some new door handles for when the car goes to the body shop. I just got some LX taillights. I wanna replace the headlights but not sure what will look the best with the red car...clear turns or amber.... I am just going to get the economy set. Mine are getting yellow and one is cracked

Yeah I am looking at a Boss inc cowl hood it is arround 3.5 inch cowl. but it is 5 inch wider then most others which makes for great clearance for any 351efi setup. I may go with it.
